Brock Marion Sr. • NPTI, FMS

School Director • Instructor: Fitness Business

Brock is a former NFL player of the Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins and Detroit Lions. He is also a University of Nevada-Reno alumnus. Brock is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute Oregon and a Level 1 Functional Movement System specialist (FMS).

After 12 long seasons in the NFL, he turned his focus to coaching in 2004. Whether it be playing professionally or coaching at various levels or training clients, his experience within the fitness industry is well over 20 years.

Brock is dedicated to improving both mobility and stability within the body. He is passionate about improving the quality of personal trainers within the fitness industry today. Currently he is the Director and Fitness Business Instructor of NPTI Oregon. You can usually find him barbecuing or just chilling with his family.



Keri Marion

School Administrator and VA Student Liaison

Keri has been working in school administration as well as curriculum and instruction since 1999 when she began the home education of her children.

Since coming to NPTI Oregon in 2016, she has added many hours of experience in the realm of post-secondary education to her many years of K-12 work. Busy behind the scenes at NPTI, she strives to organize and deliver a high-quality educational experience for all students from their admission all the way through to their graduation. When she is not working for the staff and students, she is working for her family or just enjoying them.



Rachel Goff, NASM, NPTI

Social Media Manager
Instructor: Program Design and Practical

Rachel is a NASM certified personal trainer, yoga instructor and founder of Wolf Strength, LLC. She graduated the National Personal Training Institute Oregon in 2015 with a degree in personal training and then went on to graduate Three Sisters Yoga with a 200 hour yoga teacher certification. She also holds certifications in Kettlebell, TRX and Suspension training with a continued education focus on injury rehabilitation and Olympic lifts.

Rachel has experience training clients of all levels and fitness goals, but has a passion for empowering her clients through strength training with barbells. Through her vast array of experience, Rachel enjoys educating her students on how to maximize program design for their future clients, perform and teach technical lifts and spot and correct muscle imbalances.

When she isn’t in the gym, Rachel enjoys playing with her dogs, reading and traveling the world.



Jordon Hice • BS, CSCS, KIEP, FMS, AQx, PN

Instructor: Anatomy and Posture, Movement Analysis

Jordon is a graduate of Oregon State University. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 2015 with a concentration in Pre-physical therapy.

Jordon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Kinetic Integrations Exercise Professional (KIEP). He also holds a Functional Movement Screen Certification (FMS), Land and Aquatic Training for Sports Certification (AQx), and Precision Nutrition Certification (PN).

Jordon has over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry working with a diverse population of varying ages, ethnicities, cultures, and functional capacities. He has worked closely with athletic trainers, physical therapists and chiropractors as a post rehabilitative performance coach. Jordon also has experience coaching athletes at the high school, Division I collegiate, and professional levels.

Currently, Jordon teaches Anatomy at the NPTI, works as a post-rehabilitative performance coach at ClinicFit, teaches continuing education courses for Kinetic Integrations, and is an associate for Elevation Fitness specializing in online coaching and database management.

He has consulted with multiple gyms on the west coast to develop and implement systems, which allow for scalable growth, improved quality of training and increased revenue.



Lisa Rhoades, NASM, FMS, PN Level 2

Instructor: Nutrition

Lisa Rhoades was a successful paralegal for 18 years, but always had a passion for health and fitness. She has spent her life pursuing optimal health, and in 2013, she became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since becoming a fitness coach and Nutrition coach, Lisa has trained clients with pre-existing and post injuries implementing the theories and corrective exercise strategies of Kinetic Integrations, and the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).

Nutrition has always been part of the picture for Lisa, and in 2014 she became a Precision Nutrition coach. Throughout the years of personal practice and coaching, Lisa has found that balance in all aspects of life is what makes a healthy lifestyle truly sustainable. She enjoys sharing the knowledge and practical application of these principals with clients and personal training students alike.

In addition to NASM and Precision Nutrition, Lisa has completed a Strong First kettlebell practical and instruction course, is FMS Level 1 and Kinetic Integrations certified.
